The Yacht Club is situated on a beautiful peninsula overlooking Tellico Lake. The 20,400 square-foot building includes a lounge, dining area, loft and gallery levels, and a complete kitchen. The brick faced, three-level building has large expanses of glass facing the lake. A landscaped patio and boardwalk surround the shoreline. Guest docks are included for boaters who wish to visit the Yacht Club by water. The Yacht and Country Club on Tellico Lake is located on Sequoyah Road off of Tellico Parkway (Hwy 444) just 8 minutes (approximately 6 miles) from Fort Loudoun and Tellico Dams.

Kahite Clubhouse offers a breathtaking view of the Kahite golf course and Smoky Mountains. From the veranda you can see the driving range, practice putting green, pool, tennis courts, and golf course.

Generous windows and a large wraparound portico invite you to kick back, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. Tanasi also provides a well-equipped pro shop and food service. Outside you’ll find a large practice putting facility featuring 18 holes.
